If you feel you and your dog are ready, here are the steps to take to become a Certified Bright Spot Therapy Dog Team:

1. Email or Call for Phone Interview
2. Return the Volunteer Application Form
3. Complete On Site Evaluation
4. Return Veterinary Health Certificate
   

What are the fees?

1. Application fee of $15 to Bright Spot Therapy Dogs, Inc.
   
2. New member fee of $25 for volunteer packet including: certificate of membership, volunteer liability insurance, dog vest, ID badges, t-shirt, and processing.
3. Additional dog(s) $10.
4. Annual renewal is $15.
