If you feel you and your dog are ready, here are the steps to take to become a Bright Spot Therapy Dog Team:

1. Call for your phone interview.
   
2. Fill out and return the volunteer application.
   
3. Set a date for your on-site evaluation.
   
4. Complete the membership requirements outlined on the checklist in your volunteer packet.
   

What are the fees?

1. Donation of $15 to Bright Spot Therapy Dogs, Inc. for on-site evaluation.
   
2. New member fee of $25 for volunteer packet including: certificate of membership, volunteer liability insurance, dog vest, ID badges, and processing. (Annual renewal is $15.)
